Check your email
Look for an invitation from ann-vault.usc.edu (check spam too) and click the link inside.

Set your master password
Make it the same as your USC (Shibboleth) login.

Sign in on the web
Go to ann-vault.usc.edu in any browser and sign in with your USC email + master password.

Create a bookmark
Bookmark ann-vault.usc.edu in your preferred browser

Extra Credit: Download the app
If you prefer an app, download Bitwarden and connect it to ann-vault.usc.edu:

iPhone/iPad: App Store → “Bitwarden Password Manager”
Android: Google Play → “Bitwarden”
Computer: add the “Bitwarden” browser extension

Quick FAQ

Forgot your master password? Email ANN Tech Ops (make this a hyperlink, mailto:
asctech@usc.edu) they can reset it, and you keep your vault.
Changed or deleted something? Each item keeps its old passwords in history, and deleted items sit in Trash for 30 days.
